My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Benji (HWTH#16383A). He is a Terrier mix, DOB: 11/30/15. Benji weighs approximately 30 pounds and stands 18 inches at the shoulders. He was found in Lancaster, California and has been relinquished to Halfway to Home so Benji can find a loving Forever home. This is a happy, alert, high-energy guy who will need an active owner willing to give him the love, good-quality human companionship, playtime (likes to play ball) and exercise he will need to stay fit and out of mischief. When Benji is thoroughly settled in his new home, he will benefit from positive basic obedience training to help with leash training and the bonding process. Once Benji has bonded with his new owner, he will make a loving and entertaining canine companion. Since Benji is on the rambunctious side, he should be introduced to new dogs slowly so he does not intimidate them. He is crate trained.
