Nicholas-9 MONTHS's Story...
Hi, I'm NICHOLAS. I am one of those awesome Tuxedo kitties, friendly, playful and FUN. A sweet, affectionate boy, I'm looking for someone who likes to cuddle .. and play with me! I love to play fetch -- and pull the stuffing out of toys. I'm good with another laidback kitty. One gentle, well-behaved kid 10+ and a dog who ignores me is okay (one or the other, probably not both). A bit cautious about life in general, I will do best in a home that's not noisy or active. If that sounds like YOUR home, let's meet!

** NICHOLAS is estimated to be 5-6 months. His adoption fee is $125. Come see him at the Naperville PETSMART (Rt. 59 and 111th)! WALK-IN ADOPTION HOURS at that location are 1-4:00 on SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS -- NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY.

** For more information or to schedule a weekday appointment, please email (Our phones are currently under maintenance, and will be available again shortly.)

** All our cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, FIV/FeLeuk tested, wormed, and microchipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nicholas-9 MONTHS, a Hillside Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Hillside, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Hillside.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hillside already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hillside breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hillside paves the way for another one to be saved.
