Darla's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Darla's Story...
This is beautiful Darla. She is 7-8 months old. Dad was a chocolate lab and mom was a shepherd mix. She currently weights about 25lbs and the vet thinks she'll ultimately be around 40-50lbs when full grown. Darla is potty trained and is currently kenneled when her current family is gone and does well with this. In her current home, there is a 3 year old child and Darla does very well with her. She also currently lives with another dog and really likes other dogs. She is still a puppy so she still has her moments of high energy, but she also loves to be lazy, snuggle, and be a lap dog. With her current family she enjoys sleeping either in their bed at night to snuggle, or in her own dog bed.

Darla would be the perfect addition to any home. Contact us at kcpetfinder@hotmail.com to meet her. Her current family loves her so much but doesn't feel they can handle 2 dogs at this time. Darla's adoption fee is $200 and includes age appropriate vaccines, spay, microchip, and heartworm testing.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Darla, a Overland Park Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Overland Park, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Overland Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Overland Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Overland Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Overland Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
