Huey is a 2 year old pocket Pei, weighing in at about 30 pounds! He gets along great with other dogs and loves people, too. He does well with mature children and gives hand kisses which sometimes turn into gentle puppyish hand bites. Huey has had entropion surgery and has some limited vision. He is not blind, but would prefer a home without stairs since he's very cautious going down, especially if it's dark. When Huey arrived he was very fearful, but never showed any aggression. He will need to have a dog pal to live with and would like a family with some patience as he settles in. He has not had much training but has responded very well to positive reinforcement and is more confident every day. Huey is the sweetest little guy and everyone who meets him falls in love! Huey is definitely a homebody. He loves spending time with his family and dog friends so a home with a yard is ideal since he prefers that as opposed to going on walks. He is being fostered in Seattle, WA. We are looking for a new forever home for Huey. Can it be yours? To learn more, visit www.peipeople.com
