My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I will edit listing should anything change. Please read this listing before calling (sorry it is so detailed) thank you.

THEIR STORY: Meet "Deer," she is probably the cutest thing we have seen in a long time! She was abandoned due to her birth defects which doesn't stop her from acting like a normal kitten. Her feet are very unique as you can see by photos. She runs, walks, and jumps just fine. She is very special little kitty and is very small in comparison to her litter mate. There is a chance she would be pretty small as an adult as well.

PERSONALITY: She is friendly to any stranger she meets. She is very relaxed and docile and lets all my young children hold her with ease. She also gets along well with other cats or dogs. She has a very little meow. She loves to run through the house when I call for her. She also likes to take a nap on my shoulder like a little perched bird. She uses the litter box very well. She is spayed, with rabies and distemper shot, and dewormed. She also has flea preventative on the back of her neck.

***Within the first few weeks to a month you will know if the adoption is not working out. At this time we will take the animal back. We don't want to see them given to the Humane Society (which can euthanize upwards of 50 or more cats a day like our local shelter) or left to fend for themselves on the streets. Please never let the humane society be a choice for ANY animal. They rely on us for their well-being******

We are a registered 501c3 non-profit rescue organization located in New Smyrna Beach. We do not have a shelter, but rely on foster parents and homes to house our rescued animals. Because of this our adoption times vary and are very flexible.
