I am already neutered, a special needs pet, and up to date with shots.
Sprout is a 7 year old guy with diabetes, which requires twice daily medication and careful monitoring. But Sprout doesn't let that get him down! He is happy, active and always comes when you call. Especially if it means he gets snuggles! He likes to paw at your leg for attention, or he'll make a dramatic flop and sprawl to say "can I have belly rubs?" His favorite place is a warm lap hanging out with friends. He also loves to be held and he will talk to you while he goes about his day (meow!). He gets along extremely well with dogs of all temperaments, but is pushy with other cats. He is tolerant of many types of handling and would likely do very well with kids of any age. Please consider opening your home to this awesome guy or sponsoring him while he waits! Adoption Application
About Fort Collins Cat Rescue & Spay/Neuter Clinic
Fort Collins Cat Rescue & Spay/Neuter Clinic is a non-profit, no-kill cat shelter and low-cost spay/neuter clinic. Our spay/neuter clinic performs surgeries on both cats & dogs, and we also offer low-cost vaccination clinics every week.
Our organization's goal is to do everything in our power to prevent euthanasia due to 'homelessness'.
Come Meet Our Pets...
Our shelter is open Monday thru Friday from 10am - 6pm and Saturday & Sunday from 10am - 5pm.
We are located on the southwest corner of Mulberry and Timberline on the frontage road.
Our Adoption Process...
Adopters must first fill out an adoption questionaire. The questionaire is a way for us to get to know the potential adopter, and help pick out the purr-fect companion for them.
Once the application is approved, and adoption contract is filled out.
