Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ricky and Lucy are fun, goofy, energetic and playful, nine-month-old, male and female black Pug/Chihuahua-mixes looking for a loving guardian together.
Ricky is eight pounds and Lucy is more petite at five pounds. This brother and sister are very bonded, so they are looking for a loving family together. They are tall and skinny with long legs and adorable curly-q tails.
This pair loves to play with each other and with squeaky Kong toys. They clean each other’s eyes and ears.
Ricky and Lucy are afraid of small children. They are fine with teenagers and adults. They have been wonderful with every dog they have met. They have not yet met a cat.
They sleep in a dog bed together and only bark when the front or back door opens … tiny little guard dogs!
These two are non-destructive in the home but would do best with someone willing to work on their training. They are pee-pad trained.
Ricky and Lucy will be neutered / spayed and micro-chipped upon adoption. Their adoption fee of $250 each benefits the Famous Fido’s Rescue. To meet and possibly adopt Ricky and Lucy, please fill in the adoption application at http://famousfidorescue.com/rescueforms/machform/view.php?id=26727 and follow up by contacting Gloria at fido@famousfidorescue.com or 773-907-0305.
Ricky and Lucy are being fostered in Forest Park. To ask their foster mom questions, please contact her directly at Lindsay at Breit.girl3@gmail.com or 336-944-2659.
