Dexter's Info...

I am already neutered, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, declawed, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Dexter's Story...
Hi I'm Dexter. I'm gorgeous neutered boy, about 2 year old. I'm a declawed too! I'm very affectionate and I love to be pet or rub on your legs. I am great with kids, all the neighborhood kids love me and would come to pet me everyday. I love to be brushed! My owners threw me outside in March of 2016, so the neighborhood has been trying to take care of me. But it's winter time now and I can't just go from house to house begging for food, attention and a corner to sleep in. I'm looking for a home that understands the mind and needs of a declawed cat.

My adoption donation is only $40

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dexter, a Ogden Himalayan cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Himalayan for sale in Ogden, or seeking a Himalayan cat from a breeder in Ogden.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ogden already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ogden breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Himalayan breeders who help with Himalayan rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ogden paves the way for another one to be saved.
