Abraham's Story...
Hey my name is Abraham and I think I am pretty cool.( part of the walking dead litter). I was born on October 11, 2016 and my mom looks like a boxer/pitbull type cross, but I don't know who my dad is. Maybe a shepherd/retriever/husky type, as I am much bigger and fluffier than my mom.
I love big people and kids of all ages and other dogs too, there are a lot in my foster home and I love being the center of attention for them. Playing, cuddling and wrestling around are my favourite things and I really like my baths. My foster mom thinks I am the most social puppy she has ever seen. I am currently working on my house training and if taken outside after eating I will show you what I can do. I am starting to get the hang of training pads in the house too. I have no problem sleeping the night in my kennel (although currently close to my 2 siblings but I will be fine in a few days on my own too.) I will need to work on my leash training soon. I would love to be a part of your life and I promise I will please you because there is so much I can learn. If you are looking for an active, outgoing playful pup I'm your guy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Abraham, a Saskatoon Retriever (Unknown Type)/Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Retriever (Unknown Type)/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Saskatoon, or seeking a Retriever (Unknown Type)/Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Saskatoon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Saskatoon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Saskatoon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Retriever (Unknown Type)/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Retriever (Unknown Type)/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Saskatoon paves the way for another one to be saved.
