Jasper is approximately 7 years old. He's a combination of doxy and beagle (and something pot-bellied looking at his belly!). He has a loving disposition and adores being called a good boy. He gets along with his foster yorkie brother. Jasper enjoys indestructible toys and has a fondness for squeakers and stuffing. Jasper spent far too much time crated in his previous home and waddles a bit from being overweight, so he enjoys slower-paced walks. His yorkie foster brother is far too fast for his liking. He has adjusted well to foster life and is coming out of his shell quite nicely. He is housebroken, but will not tell you when he has to go out. His foster family has found keeping him on a schedule works best and supervising him outside to be sure he's done his business. Now that he's comfortable in his foster home and knows the routine, he enjoys joining in and seeing what is going on around the house. He is not mean to people. He barks a lot when people come in and go out, but his foster family is working on that. He's crated when home alone and barks quite a bit then, but his foster feels reasonably certain this will improve as he bonds with his new family and feels more secure. Jasper like affection and likes to give affection. He's quite the love-bug! Click here to apply: http://www.chesapeakecatsanddogs.org/adoption-application/
