My story

Meet Macey! Curious, athletic, energetic, affectionate! Macey is young and very playful, full of energy and full of life. Macey is also deaf. She is knowledgeable on hand signals, knows her basic commands and is very easily trained! She picks up on commands quickly. Macey is very friendly to new people, big and small. She greats strangers with a lot of love and energy and more tail wags and face licks than one can count! Macey most likely has some herding in her genetic make up. She loves to work, learn, and do. She is good with dogs on and off leash and has been integrated into several play groups here at the center. On a daily basis, we use her for behavior work with the other dogs due to her natural ability to greet new dogs well on a leash. Due to her genetics, age and energy, we are looking to match her up with a human that loves to hike/walk/jog and understands that working breeds need structure in order to stay happy and balanced. With those needs met, she is one pretty perfect dog (we aren't biased at all). She absolutely loves life! Though Macey is good with kids, she would prefer not to be a family dog. This beautiful girl is ready to find her new forever human and get out and see the world! She is bubbly, fun and oh so loving. Age 2 years. 70 lbs.
