Champ's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Champ's Story...
How handsome is this big boy! Champ is a GORGEOUS 2yr old American Bulldog mix looking for a home.

Champ is great with kids, adults and other dogs. He does not like to be dominated by other dogs though but who would? He is also crate and potty trained, never had an accident in his foster home!

He is a champion cuddler and thinks he is a tiny lap dog. Champ is better than ADT about letting you know when someone comes to the door but super easy to quite down. He is MLB ready when it comes to playing fetch and a great durability toy tester.

Adoption fee $250, apply to adopt at causeforcanines.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Champ, a Columbus American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog for sale in Columbus, or seeking a American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Columbus.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Columbus already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Columbus breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog breeders who help with American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Columbus paves the way for another one to be saved.
