Here's what the humans have to say about me:
If Max had a dating profile, it would say...
Me:
Chocolate Long Hair Chihuahua. 2 years old and a tiny 5lbs. High kill shelter survivor after being abandoned by my family because they didn't have enough time for me. Playtime extraordinaire and explorer of the great outdoors by day. Cuddle expert and profoundly good under blanket sleeper by night. I have a sweet spot for frisky, playful pups my size so if you already have another canine partner in crime who loves to play chase, you could be the one. I'm good with gating, crating and even enjoy time in a playpen so I have that part down. I use potty pads and doggy doors but since my first family didn't take the time to train me properly in housebreaking, I will need a patient Mom to give me a refresher course. I'm neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and microchipped.
You:
A loving, affectionate, patient Mom with a calm, laid back household who understands I come with a little emotional baggage after all I've been through. Men (and people wearing hats) make me nervous and I'm already shy when I first meet people so a ladies-only home would help me feel safe and secure. If you have a small, playful pup who is already a part of your life and you are home often so we have time for snuggling, we could be a match. Oh, if you have a green thumb, that would be great. No need to be a botanist but I would love to spend time outside with you in the yard, maybe while you garden.
