Bandit's Story...
Woof Woof!! My name is Bandit and I am a 1-2 year old shepherd mix that would love to have a wonderful home. I was wandering the streets for about a week before I was caught and brought to the shelter. I was very scared and shy at first, but now that I know I am safe I have really come out of my shell. I have a roomie named Lacey and we love to play. I am very mild mannered and would love to have wonderful family to call my own. Please consider me for your newest family member.

Act quickly to adopt Bandit. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bandit, a Brattleboro Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Brattleboro, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Brattleboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brattleboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brattleboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brattleboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
