Pebbles's Story...
Pebbles is a sweet and happy Poodle who is about 1 1/2 years old. She is a playful girl who is full of energy and life! She is most happy when she is surrounded by other playful dogs who want to run and wrestle with her so we would like her to be in a home with another playful pup. Pebbles seems to be potty trained with outdoor access. She is great with kids and other dogs but seems to be a little leery of men at first. It will take her about a week or so but with patience she will come around and be just fine. Pebbles would be perfect in an active home that wants a buddy to take on walks, hikes, or to the dog beach/park! We do want to note that because of Pebbles pink undertones in her pigment she needs an owner that will be careful and cautious when taking her out on hot days. She needs her doggy sunscreen to protect her skin from those harmful sun rays! Pebbles is just a great girl all around and is looking for that great forever home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pebbles, a Santa Monica Poodle (Miniature)/Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Miniature)/Maltese for sale in Santa Monica, or seeking a Poodle (Miniature)/Maltese dog from a breeder in Santa Monica.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Santa Monica already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Santa Monica breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Miniature)/Maltese breeders who help with Poodle (Miniature)/Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Santa Monica paves the way for another one to be saved.
