My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Just a short time ago, I was living alone on the streets and experienced my first cold front. Now I’m in a great foster home and my foster parents are helping me find my forever family. While I hate to brag, I am one of the sweetest girls you will ever meet! I get along with everyone: people (both big and small), dogs of all sizes and ages and cats. Really, I just want to love them all. I didn’t get a lot of love in my early months, so I am getting caught up on spending time with people and cuddle time. What do I love, you ask? Squeaky toys! I just get so excited – they are my absolute favorite. The crate, on the other hand, is not my favorite thing in the world but I am learning that I can have a treat if I spend time in my crate and then I just fall asleep. I’m also working on my house training and my foster mom says I’m doing super well! I’m just a young girl and still have some puppy energy, but just some regular interaction and daily exercise goes a long way with me. I’ve been told that I am a good-sized girl (how rude!) and will probably weigh 55 to 60 pounds. When I meet new people, they seem to be captivated with how big my paws are but I just think it’s more of me to love!

Even though I am off the streets and in a great foster home, I really want a furever family of my own. I'll fit into an existing pack just fine or can be your only pet. I'm not picky! If you are looking for a girl who is sweet, playful, loves unconditionally and likes to cuddle, I think we should meet! Please contact wagsfund@gmail.com to learn how to meet me.

Coco is enrolled in Puppy I obedience class at Peace Love and Dogs. Should she be adopted prior to the end of the course, her remaining sessions will be transferred to her new owner. WAGS Fund will provide a private session with her trainer to familiarize her new family with her commands.

Age: 5 months
Weight: 26 lbs, expected 55-60lbs
Children: very gentle with children
Dogs: loves other dogs, loves to snuggle with them
Cats: no problem at all, very gentle
