My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pad Thai is a very handsome, sweet and docile, one-year-old, six-pound, male Siamese Lop rabbit looking for a loving guardian.

Pad Thai is super-soft and wonderful to hold and pet.

Pad Thai appears good with other rabbits, cats and gentle-natured dogs. He eats a diet of unlimited Timothy hay, and a big salad of fresh greens twice a day.

He has been fantastic from the day I brought him home with his litter box usage and stays in an exercise pen with tubes to run through and things to jump on.

Sadly, he was given to a little girl as a pet and she soon lost interest. He was relinquished to an animal shelter emaciated, un-neutered and with urine scald from being kept in a dirty cage.

He is now healthy, neutered and ready for adoption to someone who will keep him loved, clean and well-fed.

Pad Thai’s adoption fee of $75 benefits rescued pets. To meet and possibly adopt him, please contact Sheri at sheri@petraits.com for an adoption application and follow up by calling 773-777-2891 to make an appointment to meet him. He is currently being fostered in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood.

All his necessary supplies are available too, including exercise pen, hay, litter, litter box, water bowl and tubes, so you don’t need to buy anything in advance if you’re considering adopting this beautiful rabbit. The supplies are available for $75.
