Sophie thinks she is a lapdog. She likes to try and climb in your pocket when you come to visit her. She is very patient in what she does, even doing distasteful things like cleaning out her ears. She rides well in the car and likes to go for adventures. We think she would very much love to explore the outdoors with her people and chase squirrels, although she also very much appreciates a big ol' couch to lay on for hours. She loves to play with other dogs and run in the sunshine, but most of all she would be very happy just being part of a family that loved her. She has friends at the rescue and gives the best sloppiest kisses that are all encompassing in scope. She's as solid as a rock in temperament and build, and would be the perfect family dog for just about any situation. We think she would even be a great candidate as a therapy dog! She is as event tempered as they come. She rides great in the car. Please come meet Sophie!

Peach County Animal Rescue is a rescue located in Fort Valley, GA. Our adoption fees range from $175-350+. On average, our fees are $250. Fees are higher for dogs that came to us with additional things like professional training (i.e. service dog, working dog). All of our dogs are fully vetted: up-to-date on annual shots, spayed/neutered and microchipped with a lifetime registration. We look forward to hearing from you!
