My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Parker, an adorable 6 month old Great Pyrenees pup who has the perfect disposition we all dream about. Loyal, friendly, happy, and lovable, Parker gets along with everyone and everything. He is spectacular with children of all ages, and is both gentle and patient in his interactions with them. Parker gets along with other dogs and with cats, and can easily transition into just about any environment.
Parker is both house trained and crate trained. He does well on the leash but could use continued work to become great. Now that Parker is learning what the high life is like thanks to his fabulous foster parents, he has discovered that there’s nothing he *loves* more than stuffed toys. Actually, there is one thing that he does love more… shredding stuffed toys! So, a prerequisite for his forever home is lots of stuffed toys that he can shred to his heart’s content. Who are we to deny such a simple pleasure?
If interested in meeting Parker, please contact Sandy at , or respond by e-mail --Parker will LOVE you for it! We will also need you to fill out our adoption survey. Parker will need an above ground fence for safe play and exercise. We are looking for homes in the surrounding Pittsburgh area. For more information please contact Great Pyrenees Club of Western Pennsylvania Rescue, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit rescue organization or visit our web page http://www.swpapyr.org for more information.
