Marcus is a very intelligent cat. He can actually open doors - especially when you try to put him in a room he doesn’t want to be in. Marcus is strong-willed with a bit of a cat-itude but is a perfect gentleman if you do what he tells you to do. He is 3 ½ years old and didn’t get the care and attention he needed from a previous owner leaving him underfed and a bit pushy. What he needs is a peaceful, attentive, non-punitive home that will allow him to feel secure enough for his intelligent, affectionate personality to shine. He would do well with another strong-willed cat. If he is adopted as a single cat, he should get a lot of attention from his people. Marcus would also be great in a foster situation.
Marcus is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and FeLV/FIV negative.
If you’d like to meet Marcus, please stop by Brooklyn Cat Cafe (149 Atlantic Avenue) during our open hours and say hello! www.catcafebk.com
