Turbo's Story...
Hi there I’m Turbo, a 5 pound boy. I am a very sweet, cuddly 10 year old boy. I was dumped at the shelter right before Christmas because my family was getting a puppy and no longer wanted me. My foster mom says I’m a very easy going boy, I get along with other dogs, love to chill on the couch and snuggle with some blankets. I am doing real with my potty habits and I have very good house manners. If you can find it in your heart to share your home with this old boy come meet me. Turbo is up to date on all shots, heart worm negative, on heart worm preventative, microchiped, de-wormed, had a senior blood panel, had a dental, and neutered. Turbo’s adoption fee is $200.00. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. Out of state adopters are responsible for arranging transport, WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS. For events calendar and adoption application please go to our website at aaprescue.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Turbo, a Bridgeton Chihuahua/Pomeranian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Pomeranian for sale in Bridgeton, or seeking a Chihuahua/Pomeranian dog from a breeder in Bridgeton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bridgeton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bridgeton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Pomeranian breeders who help with Chihuahua/Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bridgeton paves the way for another one to be saved.
