THANK YOU for wanting a RESCUED DOG/PUP!!!!

The Best of the Best....VIVI is so very ready for her own homes. I am posting also her pic from when found and brought to my home......tied under a car and her  babies thrown away like garbage. She has come into her own and like all us girls has her likes and dislikes. She, of course likes the boys!! Not a fan of female dogs but great with the boys! Can't say that I blame her there...many of us are crazy  :)

Her nasty hair that we thought was all scarred has actually fallen out and she has a gorgeous coat. The scars on her face will always be a reminder to us of what she must have endured but her heart has healed and she is no longer the broken sweet girl we picked up that day!! She has moved past the pain and found that she wants to give love and receive. She is starved for affection and definitely would prefer to not share her people. Breaks our hearts that man was less than kind to her, but she has forgiven completely and just wants her own family!!!! Please share this girl far and wide as she is READY!!! She gets spayed in the next week or so, is heartworm negative, all shots and ready to pack her bags and join your family!!!! VIVI deserves the BEST and if you think you are us!  She is ready to transport to you!!!   Email me at

Thank you,

GOD'S DOGS Rescue, in San Antonio TX, does not have a shelter - all of our dogs are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. Each dog comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations that are appropriate for their age, microchipped, heartworm tested and on current on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE OF $200.00 FOR LOCAL DOGS AND PUPPIES( Local is in the state of Texas)!  Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.

IF THIS IS AN OUT OF STATE ADOPTION, TRANSPORT TO YOU is included in the adoption fee of $400.00 for adult dogs and $450.00 for puppies.  We transport all over the country!!
All our dogs are socialized and we try to provide you a good understanding of the dog’s personality. Please visit our website for more information about what we do;  You will also find helpful information about transport, our adoption application and pictures of our all our dogs/pups looking for homes!!
Please contact DEBBIE DAVIS at LINCORJACK@YAHOO.COM,or JULI MARCHBANKS at GODSDOGSJULI@YAHOO.COM for more information and/or fill out an adoption application on our site.

Thank you for wanting to adopt a rescued dog, their LIVES depend on it!

About God's Dogs Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a group of loving and dedicated individuals who work together to save as many deserving animals as we can. We work tirelessly to assure the animals are well fed, socialized, are healthy and then find them the wonderful home they only dreamed of in the shelter or starving on the streets.

Donate to Our Rescue Group...

Please donate on the "Contact Us/Donate" page! Thank you!!

Come Meet Our Pets...

We have local adoption events weekly at the Pets Barn on 1604 and Blanco in San Antonio.

Our Adoption Process...

Adoption application required. Adoption fee of $150 for local adoptions and $350-450 for out of state adoptions (includes transport fees).
We work hard to place dogs in the right homes, if the adoption does not work out and we have room to take the dog back into the rescue, we will. However, the sheer number of needy animals in Bexar county usually means we become full quickly after the dog is adopted. So, in those cases we will post the animal, help the adopter screen applicants and help facilitate finding another home for the dog.
