This little red-nosed girl is a heartbreaker! We suspect she was kept on a chain in her previous home, as her neck is very stained from whatever she had around her neck and her bark is very hoarse, which can happen when dogs strain against a chain for a long time. She lights up at the slightest bit of attention and melts at the slightest bit of affection! We are dedicated to healing this girl's spirit! She will learn that people can truly love her, be kind to her, and keep her indoors as part of the family! Her bark will come back, too, in time!
