Jax is the biggest sweetheart you'll ever meet. Pulled from a kill shelter at the last minute skinny and heartworm positive, he has been living in a foster home getting healthy for several months now. He is about 8-10 years old but loves life so much you'd never know he was an older fellow except for the gray around his eyes and mouth. He never meets a stranger and wags constantly. He loves to play but also loves just having a cozy place to sleep. He is smart and learns new routines well. He probably never lived a day indoors in his life until his foster home, but he has adjusted well. He likes other dogs and avoids confrontations (he has a sometimes snippy little foster sister that he loves but avoids when she is moody.) He is very gentle with children and adores them. He just wants a home and family to call his own. If you are interested, please email his foster at firstname.lastname@example.org for more info. Thank you for considering adoption (especially of a precious and worthy gentleman.) He will repay you with loyalty and love for the rest of his days. (Jax-a-million)
