RITA is a wonderfully friendly 8- or 9-month old teenager with beautiful, swirly markings. She was found crying outside of a dollar store where many passesrby ignored her, despite the cold. Finally, around midnight, someone delivered her to a rescue home where she awaits a permanent home with a loving person or family. RITA is now fully vetted -- spayed, tested and vaccinated -- and is waiting for a loving person to trust and turn her sad eyes happy with a forever home!
