Olive's Story...
Meet Miss Olive, she is about 3 years old and 40 lbs. She is a princess....just ask her! Her foster mom says she is the best lady ever. She does well with kids and dogs and is definitely a cuddle bug. Miss Olive does have some energy so she will do well with another dog to play with or a family that loves activity. She does enjoy a good game of tug of war or fetch. Olive walks well on a leash, loves to ride in the car and is house trained. She is also a champ at the doggy door!

Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a home visit and a meet and greet. Please note that preference is given to adopters in Wisconsin, but out of state adoptions will be considered. Adoption fee is $250.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Olive, a Fort Atkinson Cattle Dog/Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cattle Dog/Bull Terrier for sale in Fort Atkinson, or seeking a Cattle Dog/Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Fort Atkinson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Atkinson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Atkinson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cattle Dog/Bull Terrier breeders who help with Cattle Dog/Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Atkinson paves the way for another one to be saved.
