My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Marty is a special boy indeed. He is a double merle, although not deaf. He is active and loving but we witnessed him picking on some of the other male dogs here. Not sure what the trigger is but if you have a male dog a meet and greet is a must. He has not displayed this behavior with females. What a great running partner he would be!

Marty is approx. 4-5 years old and at some point in his life treated badly. The scar you see on his nose goes all the way around his mouth. It is obvious that his mouth was tied shut somehow. With what is anyone's guess. This poor fella endured the worst and has come out on the other end happy nonetheless! Marty deserves a chance to be in a home with a family to call his own. Can you help make Marty's wish come true? Not only is he beautiful, but truly he has a big heart he wants to share with you...
