found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
Patty has been living in an abandoned house for the past year. Yes, YEAR. Her family moved and left her. Neighbors saw her wondering the back yard with no food or water. So they began to feed her and look out for her. They were fearful to call animal control because she is a pit. I don't need to tell everyone the horror stories that surround pitbulls in shelters - and their slim chance at making it out. So instead of turning her in to the shelter - they cared for her. Patty had the ability to go inside the home to get out of the elements. But now winter is here again - and the house has no heat. That is when they reached out for help.
This darling girl - words cannot tell u how she craves attention, how she much she wants love. This love was meant to be with people, with a family - both human and canine. She is beyond affectionate and will kiss u a million times if u let her!
Patty is heartworm positive and is anticipated to finish her treatment by the end of Jan. She is NOT symptomatic at all and still can be adopted out during her treatment, which RDR will cover the cost completely.
Adoption fee $375 includes health exam, up to date vaccines, microchipping, deworming, bloodwork, and spay.
Application can be found on our website www.RDRanimalrescue.org!
