My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This 10 yr old Westie girl is sweet as candy and tuff as nails. Millie has survived hip surgery, dry eye, flea allergy, and new marriage, but not the new baby  She was surrendered by her family because mommy could not handle a dog and a baby.
She is slow to give her love and affection because her trust has been betrayed, but she is coping, and after several months is beginning to show her real personality. Well mannered, nice to be around and easy to live with. Loves to occasionally play some serious rough house. She is a cuddle bug, always curled up next to you or following you where ever you go. Great companion. Does not need much exercise. Gets on well with other dogs, but could be an only dog, too. OK with cats and kids, but does not want to interact much with either. Millie is beginning to show some affection, giving hugs and kisses. When someone earns her love again, she will be a real joy.

Millie is extremely sensitive to flea bites. One bite causes her whole body to react with constant itch
