My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mila (pronounced "Mee-la") needs a family of her own- she is gentle and friendly with everyone and is the perfect couch buddy! She would prefer a home where she is the center of the universe- she is great with kids and people in general but due to her strength will probably only place her with kids roughly 10+. She does not want to share her home with other animals. Mila is estimated to be about 4 years old.

Mila is current on her vaccinations, spayed, tested heartworm negative and ready to meet you and your family. She is fostered in Baker County. To set up a meet and cuddle, just email us. MIla's adoption fee is only $150; home visit and reference checks are required and NOT negotiable. She can me brought to meet qualified adopters anywhere between Tampa and Jacksonville.

The application can be found here: http://www.arfn.org/adoption-application/

Email questions to: info@arfn.org. We do not have a phone number to reach us.

Our adoption fees for dogs range between $150 and $250. All of our pets come completely vetted (spay/neuter, vaccinations, heart worm tested, on heart worm prevention, and a microchip).

ARF'N is a rescue operated by volunteers with full-time professional jobs during the day. We can't always get back to you immediately. Most of our rescue work happens in the evenings and on the weekends. It can typically take up to two weeks to go from application to adoption. More time is required for pets with multiple applications. We do not adopt on a first come, first served basis. We find the best match between pet and adopter. Please be patient with us through this process.
