Tyler is a very handsome domestic short hair orange tabby with white male cat, he's about 8 years old and he's a big boy at 17 lbs! He's a super sweet and social guy who loves people and he loves to talk and cuddle, too. He's neutered, vaccinated and healthy and needs to be indoor ONLY because he can develop allergies if he goes outside where there is grass. He's currently in a loving home with his gorgeous sister Madison. They've been together since they were kittens and adore each other and are a bonded pair that must be adopted together. They need to be re homed because the circumstances have changed to where it is no longer the best home for them.

About SPOT (Saving Pets One at a Time)

About Our Rescue Group...

SPOT was created to fill the need to save animals who “fall through the cracks” in our sheltering system. Local shelters are overwhelmed—they receive so many strays and owner turn-ins that they run out of space and have to kill thousands of animals each year. The majority of these animals are healthy and simply need to be placed into a home. Others are medical cases which require some work, but do not have life-threatening diseases or injuries. And a few have some moderate behavior issues; we work with specialists to correct these behaviors before finding them their forever home. The bottom line is SPOT can save these lives.

Come Meet Our Pets...

All of the SPOT pets are in foster homes. To meet an animal, please email us. We can tell you when the next adoption event at a local pet store will be held, or we can set up a time to meet with you.

Our Adoption Process...

SPOT adopts puppies less than 1 year- $325, dogs 1-5 yr- $225, 6 yr- $150. Our kittens are $125 and teenagers and adults are much less. We often have low pricing during kitten season.
We ask you to complete an adoption application. A home check will be scheduled to be sure there are no inadvertent dangers in your home or yard. A meet and greet will be arranged so that your whole family can meet your new pet before adopting him/her. We want to make sure it is a good fit since it is a commitment for the animal’s lifetime.
