Cabo's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, and not good with kids.

Cabo's Story...
I am a 5-6 year old male brindle Boxer. I am a wonderful boy and everyone who meets me falls in love right away. I am gentle and easy going. I had a dog friend that I lived with, but she got adopted so now I am waiting for my turn. I got along great with her, but sometimes I am not really sure how to be with other dogs. I am sure if you have the patience and love, you can help me to be comfortable with a doggy friend again.

Note from my foster mom:
Cabo loves to play! He will go find and bring his squeaker to you for a game of tug o war or keep away or play fetch with his ball (he brings the ball back but is still working on dropping it.) Someone spent a lot of time teaching Cabo tricks. He knows basic commands and a bag full of cute tricks. he gives his paw, spins around, speaks, plays dead and walks on his hind legs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cabo, a Denver Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Denver, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
