Corazon is a tiny 3 lb adorable little girl who flew all the way from Puerto Rico to find a home! She is about 4-6 years of age. She was owner by a" backyard breeder" who did not take good care of her. She has luxating patella in her back legs, but does get around well, as this is the only way of life she knows. (no, this is not a health issue that you will have to worry about, no medical expenses). When she came to us, a lot of her hair was missing, as well as teeth, and she has a grade 4 heart murmur. She is slowly on the mend, and also learning what it is like to be a loved dog in a home, instead of living in a cage!
Corazon prefers a quiet household. she loves her dog bed with a heated blanket. She does like to be held and put on your lap. she rides well in the car. She is not house trained. We would suggest a home with patience! No small children please- she is fine with kids, but we want her to go to a quiet home!
