Eight-year-old Chihuahua mix Tinsel spent five weeks at the county shelter before being rescued by Home Fur Good. She is a 12-pound muffin who is working on feeling 100 percent. While Tinsel was being spayed, she also had two separate hernias repaired, and mammary tumors removed. And through it all, this potbellied love kept her jolly attitude and has always enjoyed being cradled and loved. Tinsel tries to use the power of a smile to make every moment positive. Her little smile is infectious and she will waddle her way into your heart. The adoption fee is $150 and includes spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a free wellness visit with our vet. Our adoption hours are Thursday-Saturday from 11:00 am-4:00 pm, and Mondays by appointment, and we are located at 10220 N. 32nd Street (just south of Shea Blvd.) in Phoenix. We offer a low-cost vaccine clinic on Sundays from 11:00 am-2:30 pm, and a low-cost dental clinic on Wednesdays by appointment. Visit our website at www.homefurgood.org for more information.
