Runner's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Runner's Story...
Runner is a bouncy, adorable and loving 18-pound, 18-month-old, black male Mini-Labradoodle looking for a loving guardian.

Runner was given up by his family when they couldn’t take care of him anymore. He is good with other dogs and cats.

He enjoys his leashed walks and is good in the car.

He is healthy, de-wormed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, and heartworm-tested negative, and on monthly heartworm preventative. He will be neutered upon adoption.

He is currently living with me in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood. His adoption fee of $500 benefits the rescued pets of Friends of Petraits.

To meet and possibly adopt Runner, please contact me directly at petraits@interaccess.com or 773-777-2891.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Runner, a Chicago Labradoodle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labradoodle for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Labradoodle dog from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labradoodle breeders who help with Labradoodle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
