THIS IS FOXY BELLA... (perfect family pet)  Check out her VIDEO!

Her owners moved into a place that does not allow pets, so Grateful Paws was asked to find this baby girl a new home.

She is about a year old, full grown at 10 lbs. and looks like a little RED FOX!  We are advised she is a Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix who gets along well with other dogs, cats and children of all ages!  She has seen our Vet and has been spayed, micro-chipped, examined and brought up to date on vaccines. Admittedly, she has not been AS socialized as a young pup should have been, so at NEW THINGS, she becomes frightened and sometimes gets a little growley/nippy. BUT-- as soon as she realizes there is nothing to be afraid of, she is cute and cuddly again.

Her ideal home would be with an active person or family - She is still a puppy and very active. She is in great health - very curious and is waiting for her forever home.

Adoption fee $300 (which will be applied towards her vet bill.

Please email for an application:  info@gratefulpaws.org

NOTE: Adoption/rehoming fees are applied towards the vet bill: Exam, blood tests, vaccinations, fecal, worming, spay/neuter, and microchip. There is rarely anything left over, but if that happens, the monies get applied to the next or previous pet - who may have had to have an x-ray, be groomed or have a dental.

About Grateful Paws Dog & Cat Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a group of animal loving people who volunteer our time to save the life of a dog or cat in need. We are not breed specific but our ability to help depends entirely upon whether we have a foster home in which to place the pet while we are looking for a new forever home.

We are entirely volunteer and none of us are compensated for our time or efforts. Monies donated go toward the animals in our care.

Come Meet Our Pets...

For the most part, we reply primarily on the internet because we all work full-time jobs during the week!

We do not have a physical building - but we try to participate in Saturday (and sometimes a Sunday) adoption events from 11am - 3pm on a regular basis. Please check our website for our most current calendar that shows where we will be. www.gratefulpaws.org..

It is always best to check the Upcoming Events page of our website www.gratefulpaws.org/upcomingevents.html

or give us a call to find out where we are going to be. Week nights 954-462-8840 eves after 8pm or on the week-ends: 954-579-3753.

Our EMAIL is monitored day and night, and is the BEST way to contact us.

Our Adoption Process...

We perform a telephone or in-person interview and ask our perspective adopters to complete an application for review by our board (generally takes a day or less). We want to meet the family, so we will come to your house to see where our pet will live. We do a vet check and if applicable, a landlord or condo association check as well. And finally, we accept an adoption donation that is applied towards the vet and care bill for that pet. The range is from $75 to $350.
