Gunner is a positively gorgeous one year old German shepherd mix that would just love a great home of his own. He came to us from our Newark facility after he was picked up as a stray. How on earth could someone lose this beautiful boy? Gunner is eager to meet his new family that will keep him safe and love him always. Gunner is a very intelligent guy that has had lots of training. He will sit, down, and offer you a pawshake when asked, and is excellent around his food bowl and while playing with toys. He has no possessive tendencies whatsoever. Gunner also walks well on a leash. He is fun-loving and very exuberant when he plays and he would do best with an experienced owner that will give him some direction so he doesn't get out of hand while playing. Gunner will need a home with no kids under 10 and although he is assertive with other dogs, he is just fine with them given the chance to get to know them. He is also fine with a cat that doesn't go after him or swat at him. Gunner is friendly and outgoing, and would be your loving and loyal best friend if you give him the chance. File#26907 11/13/16
