Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Are you looking for a sweet little beagle baby? Look no further … meet little Mason. He is absolutely adorable!! This little guy, along with his sweet mama, was rescued from a local shelter. We are guessing he is about eight weeks old. His mama is a beagle mix, not sure what daddy is, but we think he will be on the small side when he is grown. He is so cute running around after his mama and the three other dogs in his foster home. He is learning all about toys, soft beds, treats and lots of love and attention. Mason was very skittish when he first came to his foster home, but now runs towards his people for attention. He loves his treats and is food motivated. He was introduced to stuffed toys and was so excited! Now he is a toy hoarder and will take his toys into his kennel to stash them there so he will have them at night when it is time to go to bed. Sometimes he takes his treats and stashes them in there too, so he can have a late night snack. When someone is home and he is supervised, Mason is let out of his gated area so he can interact with his family members and his fur buddies. When his foster parents have to go somewhere or can’t watch him, he is in a safe, small gated area with his kennel open so he can go in and out and he has his toys to play with and access to his water bowl and puppy pads. At night he is crated and does well with that. Mason would do well in a home where someone has plenty of time to work with him on potty training and socialization. He is doing pretty good using the puppy pads. Mason is just a baby and he needs someone who is home a good part of the day. We think he would also do well with a dog friendly fur buddy – one who is tolerant of young puppies. He has sharp little baby teeth so he would do better with older children with gentle hands who are respectful of young animals. Mason is fostered in Huntsville, Al and is looking for his very own family. Do you have room in your home and heart for this sweet little baby? If you are interested in meeting Mason, you can email info@forrescue.net or go online to http://forrescue.net/dog-application/ and fill out an application. Mason is eagerly looking forward to meeting you!
