My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, my name is Harvey. I am an Orange Wing Amazon, and I am over 30 years old, which is middle aged for an Amazon. I can't remember too much of my early life, but I was imported from South America and ended up in a pet store in Kansas. A very nice lady in town was building a pond, and she came in my store many times to by supplies. I took to her right away, talking and flirting, and after a while she took me home with her. I spent 27 very happy years with her. She took excellent care of me, and gave me lots of attention. Sadly, she was getting older (almost 80) and decided she needed to find another home for me. Everyone at Beak n Wings has been impressed with my temperament. I am easy going and friendly. I am settling in my foster home well. I have been used to eating veggies and healthy table foods, but I have discovered I love ZuPreem pellets too! I will be available for adoption after 1/11/17. Adoption fee $250.
