Hi! My name is Maximus, but my foster mom calls me Max! I’ve been up for adoption for a whole year now, but no one has picked me yet. I watched a lot of my friends get adopted before my foster mom took me. She loves me, but we can’t understand why no one has picked me yet. I’m still young at 5 years old. I’m very lovable and purr a lot. I’m a little shy, but very lovable when I get to know someone. I talk sometimes and play a lot! I try to include my foster mom’s other cat when I play, but she doesn’t seem to like me much. What I love the most is when I get to snuggle up with my foster mom at night. I like to give love nibbles and I sometimes play a little rough so I might not do well in a home with very small children who might think I’m being mean. Even if my play looks a little rough, I don’t scratch very often and I promise not to bite too hard. I just want to wrestle with you! My foster mom says I’m special needs because I have FIV, but I’m happy and healthy so I don’t understand why that would stop anyone. If you do a little google search, you can learn all about FIV. I would be so happy if a family decided that my FIV didn’t matter and picked me anyway. I promise to be a good kitty and play and purr and love my family as much as any other kitty would! Please pick me!
