Meet Nicky! Sweet, and silly girl Nicky. She is a 1.5 year old red and white pit bull mix. She has a round squishy face and is just a doll. Nicky was very frightened and shut down at the South LA shelter until she was rescued by two DDR volunteers. She has come a long way in a very short period of time. She is a gentle dog who does not quite have enough confidence yet but will follow your lead if she trusts you. Nicki listens to you and is connected to her handler when being walked. Nicki likes the company of dogs and is learning slowly, one dog at a time, how to socialize and play. She is living at the downtown dog rescue kennel. Nicky is already spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, good with dogs, good with kids. She is ready to meet you anytime! Nicky is already spayed, up-to-date with shots, micro-chipped, good with dogs, good with kids, cats unknown.
