We require that you fill out our Companion Animal Guardian History (application), provide the name and phone number of the animal hospitals for a reference that you’ve used in the last five years, and have a home visit; we provide you with a photo copy of --- medical record. His adoption fee is $150 and includes, but is not limited to, neuter, vaccinations, worming, and microchip.

Please note: We place our cats only in CT and preferably Hartford County.
