Hera's Story...
Hello! My name is Hera and I am about 11-12 months old. I'm told I'm part smooth coat collie and something else, but I know I'm 100% awesome! I love other dogs and think cats are cool too. I love kids a lot but sometimes I knock the little ones down cause I have so much energy and they can't keep up :) I love my foster home but sometimes I get scared when I think something bad is going to happen and I pee a little. It's embarrassing and I'm working on it and getting better all the time. I just love people and want to be with them all the time :). I am on Heartworm prevention , up to date and vaccine , micro chipped and most important I am SPAYED. If you are looking for a great dog ... here I am

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hera, a simpsonville Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Collie for sale in simpsonville, or seeking a Collie dog from a breeder in simpsonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in simpsonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a simpsonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Collie breeders who help with Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in simpsonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
