Rascal was an owner turn in to Effingham Animal Control. She seems very sweet. She is spayed, up to date on shots. She is housebroken and just a doll. She needs a bath but has been recently clipped. She has a little sore on her left side from where she was clipped too close (I think). Her records say that she has had an allergy shot and is on painkillers for her arthritis. She was surrendered with an instruction to PTS because she is too old. She is 12. I believe she has 1-2 years left because she is bright-eyed and has not given up. A little weight loss wouldn't hurt those hips.
