Beethoven's Story...
Hi! I'm Beethoven! I joined PPITS after someone abandoned me in a field and I was picked up by Downey Animal Shelter. I'm so darn adorable. It's hard to believe anyone would not want me. My foster mom thinks I'm the cutest and smartest puppy ever. I am working on potty training and rarely have accidents. I love my crate and I chill out by myself in it sometimes when I need some "me" time.

Life started out a little rough so I might get scared when I meet new people. I steal my big brother's toys. It might make another dog mad but he lets me be the baby. My mom is really patient with me and I'm becoming more confident. I went for my first long walk and strutted like a champ on my leash. I love playing with my foster brother Finn (another puggle). I'm looking for a loving family that will play and snuggle with me. Will that be you?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Beethoven, a Newport Beach Pug/Beagle puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Beagle for sale in Newport Beach, or seeking a Pug/Beagle puppy from a breeder in Newport Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newport Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newport Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Beagle breeders who help with Pug/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newport Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
