Sydney's Story...
Sydney is an awesome little girl! We think she is a JRT mixed with an Aussie! She was saved from a high kill shelter after being found as a stray. She is about 3 years young and a perfect size at only 32lbs. She is smart, loyal, medium energy and loves to learn and does best with a strong leader and a more mellow household. Once she knows you well, her favorite thing is is belly rubs and to lean on you, lay at your feet, etc. She is an extremely affectionate dog with her humans, she's not that great with other dogs, she isn't too much of a seeker to play with dogs, she is more aloof though doesn't mind any dog hanging around her if they are more mellow like her with other dogs. She likes to ride and is eager to please, eager to learn, food motivated and a very loyal and fun girl. Apply now to adopt this gorgeous little girl who is as smart as a whip. Sydney has not been around small kids so we would prefer a home with older kids when there is no history.

Sydney is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations and preventatives, heartworm negative, etc.

Sydney is housetrained and crate trained.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sydney, a Lebanon Jack Russell Terrier/Australian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Australian Shepherd for sale in Lebanon, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Australian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Lebanon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lebanon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lebanon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lebanon paves the way for another one to be saved.
