Oliver is an 10-year-old Silky Terrier who is a perfect dog for the right home. He is friendly with everyone, even strangers, but he doesn’t like it when babies get more attention than he does. He gets along well with cats, most other dogs, and even strangers. Oliver is an energetic and active dog, but he is also a loving lap dog who enjoys cuddling with his owner on the couch. He is housebroken and crate-trained. The best home for Oliver is one where someone is home with him for most of the day because he sometimes has separation anxiety, but is never destructive. He may not do well in an apartment due to barking. And, of course, it should be a home where there are no small children who may get more attention than Oliver does.
Oliver qualifies for our Seniors for Seniors discount if his adopter is at least age 65.
The suggested donation amount for Oliver is $350, which is TAX DEDUCTIBLE, and goes toward providing supportive services to animals in the home, as well as the high cost of vetting our dogs in rescue.
