My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Always had a thing for big gals? I am as sweet as can be. Love to get attention from all the visitors here at the shelter. I love a soft bed or pillows to lounge on. Snacks are one of my favorite things although the folks here tell me the scale says I have been indulging too much. Maybe you can help me shed a few pounds by going for some nice walks together? I am an older gal so I am not going to take up jogging but I do love to spend time outdoors sniffing and walking. I have lived with children 8 years and older. I am looking to enjoy my Golden Years, want to be my partner for the retirement stage of my life?

Before making the trip to visit the shelter we strongly recommend checking our website for information on adoption policies and procedures. Please understand that because we are a busy place and because so many animals need our care and attention, adoptions are on a first come basis and no animal will be put on hold. To inquire about a pet's availability or for more information, we encourage you to visit our shelter in person. Due to the high volume of interest, email and phone inquiries may not be returned on a daily basis. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to your visit! www.capeannanimalaid.org 978-283-6055 ex 10 for reception desk
