This girl is active, energetic and needs someone who can keep her as an indoor dog, play with her, walk her, take her for car rides and give her a loving home environment.
My name is Zoey and I am looking for a new forever home and someone to love me. I am a 1 year, 5 month old white Maltese female. I am a tiny, very sweet, friendly girl and decently house trained. I came to this rescue in December of 2016. My owner had received me as a birthday gift from someone who couldn't keep me or just didn't want me anymore. Unfortunately, I was not the dog that she really wanted, so she decided to surrender me to this rescue. In January of this year these rescue folks adopted me out to a nice elderly lady who really wanted me, dearly loved me and thought I was just the cutest thing. She was very happy to adopt me. Unfortunately, she found out that I was to much for her to handle as I am an active, energetic girl. Sadly, she contacted these folks to take me back so that I can get a home with a younger, more active household where I can have the happy home life that I deserve.

I am heartworm negative and spayed. I am a tiny, active, energetic, very sweet, friendly girl who loves everyone. My ideal home will be with a middle age or younger couple in an active home environment. I am just too busy for a home with an elderly owner to take care of me. I cannot live in an apartment or condo as I have a loud bark and might disturb the neighbors. I will need your understanding and patience as I piddle just a little when I get nervous, excited or feel stressed. I would love to be your sweet baby girl and a great companion. Please give me the home that I deserve and a chance to have a great life with you.
