Born ~2012, Female, Calico, Maine Coon Mix
Snuggles is a beautiful, long haired kitty with calico and white coloring, with the most beautiful fluffy tail. She has an imaginary line down the middle of her face with orange/white on one side and black/grey on the other. She also has some beautiful tiger striping on her front legs.
Snuggles is a little skittish, but once you gain her trust, she loves to be near you whenever she can be. She loves being pet and snuggled, hence the name. She would be happy to curl up on your lap and stay there all day if she could. At night, she reverts to being a kitten again. She’ll nudge her way under the blankets, curl up in your arms, and knead your belly while she dozes off to sleep. It’s very relaxing.
Snuggles would be good with children of all ages, but she would probably be happiest with older teens. She hides when there is too much activity or noise, but if things are calm and you get her in your arms, she’s the most passive cat her current owner has ever met. Snuggles tolerated quite a bit from her owner’s daughter, including getting dressed up and being the star of endless photos and videos. When she had enough, the worst she did was meow and run away.
Snuggles never starts fights with other cats if they keep their distance, but if they invade her space, she will hiss and swat at them.
Snuggles loves to play with string and feathers and she loves to snuggle at bedtime. She is a most purrfect little kitty.
She had a vet check October 15, 2016, and was declared healthy. She uses her litter box without any issues.
